Just bad from A-Z. It started with incorrect advice about the mattress or the degree of hardness. After weeks of lying way too soft, a complaint was made. Now it's really starting. The first appointment was made for the viewing. Nobody came and nobody canceled. (A man from Bad Homburg supposedly) He couldn't have found the phone number... it's just a good thing that the company saves the phone number separately and all relevant data is stored in the purchase contract. Second try. Now someone else is responsible. Forever back and forth. Communication is painful. Then the boss himself came. Found that the mattress is actually way too soft. What insight. Now exchange, but again for an additional payment. Another €200 gone. But well... so far still one of the worst, but one of the most expensive mattresses. Everything goes wrong here, but you lose your money and have to deal with employees who leave you stranded and can't even make phone calls. Incomprehensible. Never again. PS: now I'm selling this bad mattress again and getting a new mattress.

Because of the pretty good reviews, we drove the 80km to Frankfurt a few weeks ago in search of a topper. We had previously arranged a consultation appointment via the website. When we arrived there, we were greeted by an employee who didn't even feel the need to introduce himself. There was no name tag either, so we don't even know who served us here. When we arrived at the seller's desk we weren't asked if we wanted something to drink, although the previous customers' drinks were still there... The advice was rather unmotivated. We were introduced to exactly one product, probably in the hope that we would buy straight away and then leave. We had to specifically request a test bed; the seller didn't come up with the idea on his own. When we tried it out, the salesman went to his colleagues and didn't ask whether the product would be right for us. He then had to be called again when we were sure that the product was not the right one for us. In the meantime, you could hear the sound of giggling from the back, like in a primary school playground, as the younger employee was obviously joking around with another salesperson, who could have been her father given her age. After the seller gave us his attention again and we told him that the product didn't fit, he didn't make any further suggestions. Only when we asked whether he had other products did he show us another topper. After he did that he left again saying that we can call him again when we're finished. This topper was great and would have worked really well, but due to the lack of service and the way customers are treated here, we didn't see the point of spending money here and buying the topper. So we said a quick goodbye and left. We then bought in another store in Wiesbaden, where we experienced really great service. The two stars are only there because the seller was friendly. You have to find something good. I don't know how the good reviews come about here, but we know we won't be coming here anymore.
